How to submit a proposal to carry out research activities at Concordia Station
Concordia Station is located at Dome C on the high Antarctic plateau and is the result of a French Italian collaboration which started in 1993.
The Station offers unique opportunities for scientific investigations in the field of:
- astronomy/astrophysics,
- atmospheric sciences,
- glaciology,
- earth sciences,
- human biology and medicine,
- remote sensing.
The Station is destinated to high quality scientific and technological studies conducted from French and Italian research groups. The international cooperation, with other European and non-European scientific teams, is strongly encouraged.
A document entitled Research activities at DomeC (pdf) giving information on the facilities available at Concordia Station must be taken into careful consideration for the preparation of the proposal.
The session Concordia Call for Proposals 2008 was closed one the 7th September 2007
News on the proposals will be submitted on this web site soon.
